Finally Hrithik Roshan has apologized for his tweet hurting religious sentiments. He also said that it was purely unintentional and he never wanted to hurt anyone. Earlier Hrithik landed himself into trouble when Christian group threw a notice against him for hurting religious sentiments.
He got a legal notice from Dr.Abraham Mathai, who is the All India President of the Indian Christian Voice. It is one of the organization representing the larger interests of the Christian community, including Roman Catholics, in India.
Dr.Mathai immediately demanded an unconditional apology from Hrithik in this regard. Hrithik who dated Kangana for three years was annoyed by 'Silly ex' comments and he sent her a legal notice to apologize. But as Kangana hits back, he apologized to Kangana.
However this clash lead to religious controversy as Hrithik said he would date a pope instead of Kangana. Immediately Christian groups claimed that Hrithik called the pope as 'Gay' and they demanded apology. Right now the actor is shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's Mohenjo Daro.
