As we reported earlier, 'Sarrainodu' Day one collections dropped by huge margin and Day two collections were pretty much higher. This shocked buyers as they invested a fortune in this project. The opening day figures were no where close to S/o Satyamurthy and Race Gurram openings.
So when we tried to poke our nose more into the issue we heard that the delay in the prints have costed the buyers so bad. There was a delay in shipping the prints and due to that the Online tickets were not opened in advance and that lead to the dip in collections.
Even overseas distributors were a lot worried with the dull openings and the mixed reviews which followed. But the raise in collections on day 2 has brought something to cheer about.
But still they will have a sigh of relief if the movie clears the Monday test. The collections are rock steady on the weekends. The makers hope that they can change the fortune wheel in coming days. But still it won't be good enough !
