We know that Pawan Kalyan is not a trend follower but a trend setter. Though few movies of Pawan got flop, with his mannerism and charm, he attracted fans. He could manageably go through politics along with making movies with his talent. He takes care of his health.

 

Though he is busy and undergoes work stress, he looks cool only due to his maintenance and care he takes on his fitness. Fitness doesn’t mean roaming around Jims and yoga centers. He revealed his fitness secrets which will shock us.

 

Many of us know that Pawan Kalyan is fond of martial arts. He practiced karate for many years. In his first movie ‘Akkada Ammayi- Ekkada Abbayi’, he did some real stunts.

 

In ‘Thammudu’ movie also, he performed some fights which involved stunts. In ‘Jhonny’ also, we can observe some feats related to Karate. Same way, he takes care of his diet too. With ‘Satwik diet’, i.e. taking food only once in a day and eating fruits rest of the day, it gives good health to body and mind Pawan says.
