Recently a court in Delhi today has finally resolved the matter of a complaint which was filed against actors Shah Rukh Khan and Salmaan Khan regarding hurting of religious sentiments and the incident has occurred during the filming of the reality show Bigg Boss 9.
It is stated that the two actors have allegedly entered the sets of a temple wearing shoes and in this regard, a criminal complaint had been filed by advocate Gaurav Gulati who sought registration of an FIR against the two actors.
By the time the Tis Hazari court had asked the complainant to produce pre-summoning evidence on October 14th and the Mumbai Police in its Action Taken Report (ATR) has stated to the court that temple was a makeshift one and the act was not intended to hurt religious sentiments.
The court has concurred with this explanation and the criminal complaint against Shah Rukh and Salmaan Khan was dismissed and the actors would have felt a great tension has come to an end at last.
