Mandira Bedi is an Indian starlet, fashion designer, model and television presenter has gained celebrity status by playing the title role in the 1994 Television serial “Shanti” which was shown in India’s National channel Doordarshan, which was the first ever daily soap on the Indian television.
Mandira Bedi married Raj Kaushal on 14 February 1999 and it was declared on 27 January 2011 that the couple was anticipating their first child. Mandira gave birth to a baby boy named Vir on 19 June 2011 at the Lilavathi Hospital, Mumbai and as of 2013, Mandira Bedi and her husband have applied for the process of adopting a girl child to complete their family.
