SS Rajamouli's Baahubali-2 Storm has hit Tamil Nadu as well. The movie has collected 80 Crore Plus Gross in the neighbouring state in its 10 days run at the box office which is second only to Superstar Rajinikanth's Endhiran. It has beaten all recent big Tamil Nadu grossers like Ajith's Vedalam, Vijay's Theri, and Rajinikanth's Kabali.
According to the trade experts, the movie is expected to collect 130+ Crore Gross in its full run there. Given that there are no biggies in Tamil round the corner, the movie is expected to get an extended run there for a couple of weeks more. For the first time in years, a Telugu film is making noise at Tamil Nadu Box Office.
100 Crore Gross is something that only Rajinikanth can match in the near future, probably with his 2.0 releasing in January the next year. Fans would be hoping that Prabhas should carry this momentum for his next film as well and create a permanent market for him there.
