While it's a known fact that the Mozart of Madras, AR Rahman backed out of the big-budget historical flick Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy directed by Surender Reddy and produced by mega Powerstar Ramcharan in his Konidela Productions, it has now been reported that a big composer is gonna be roped in.
Though the initial news was that SS Thaman might be roped in to replace AR Rahman, now it has been speculated that Ramcharan and team believe that Thaman could not handle such a biggie of humongous proportions, and are thinking of handing over the project's musical responsibilities to senior music director MM Keeravani.
While he's a veteran who's composed music for many movies with huge stars of Tollywood, the fact that he composed music very recently for Maverick maker SS Rajamouli's Magnum Opus Baahubali series, stands as an added advantage. The 200 crore budgeted Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanthara, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu and Pragya Jaiswal in important roles.
