Energetic hero, Ram Pothineni has been facing a tough time giving a proper hit to sustain his career, as post-Nenu Sailaja became a Superhit early 2016, he wasn't able to carry forward the momentum and ended up delivering the disastrous mass masala entertainer Hyper costarring Raashi Khanna.
While he had high hopes on his last Release Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi, a youthful entertainer directed by Tirumala Kishore who had previously given him the comeback hit Nenu Sailaja, it bombed at the box office despite having a watchable screenplay and good songs and two beautiful heroines Anupama Parameswaran and Lavanya Tripathi.
Now, Ram has all hopes placed on his upcoming family youth entertainer directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina of Cinema Chupista Maava and Nenu Local fame. Now it has been revealed that the film will star sandalwood cutie Rashmika Mandanna opposite Ram, marking her 3rd Tollywood film after Chalo with Naga Shourya and untitled flick with Vijay Devarakonda directed by Parasuram.
