Young hero Naga Shourya, who started off promisingly with hits like Oohalu Gusagusalade, went on to star in disastrous flicks, before being helped again by Avasarala Srinivas, who gave him another hit in the form of the lovely feel-good entertainer Jyo Achyuthanandha.
However, the actor couldn't maintain his form. He went on to star in numerous flop ventures, which almost threatened to end his career, and now, he's having few promising ventures lined up for release. The first of these films happen to be the college flick Chalo, directed by debutant Venky Kudumula.
Scheduled to release on February 2, this movie costars sandalwood beauty Rashmika Mandanna, and during the recently held prerelease event of this exciting college love story, it was headed by Megastar Chiranjeevi himself. The team expects Chiranjeevi's presence alone could change the movie's fortunes!
With such a huge star backing the movie, it is to be seen if Chalo can hit the bulls eye. Meanwhile, Naga SHourya's another release, Karu/ Kanam, the tamil telugu bilingual directed by AL Vijay and costarring pimple beauty Sai Pallavi, is scheduled to release on February 23.
