The sexy babe Trisha, who's been in the industry for more than 15 years, is still a favorite for many directors and has few projects lined up in her kitty. Of late, she has limited herself to several ghost flicks, while also going for a stunning image makeover in Aranmanai 2, which had her playing an ultra glamorous role, sizzling as a beach babe, sporting a sensuous two-piece bikini.
As her long-delayed project Mohini had its audio and trailer released, the director of the film, has revealed that Trisha has taken unbelievable risks by performing her own stunts, and her patience in difficult and physically consuming rope scenes was commendable. He further added that her charisma and on-screen appeal will double, after the release of Mohini, which deals with epigenetics, in a horror background.
While Mohini, which has Trisha playing a London based chef, is scheduled to release on February 23, clashing with two other flicks featuring women in prominent roles, the Jyothika starrer Naachiyaar and Sai Pallavi starrer Karu, Trisha will have her first release of the year with her Malayalam debut Hey Jude.
Trisha plays a bubbly girl Crystal, who connects with the introvert Jude played by Nivin Pauly, and how they end up falling in love is what the movie is all about. Let's see if Trisha strikes big at the box office this February, with contrasting roles.
