With things going haywire, as his Sankranthi release Agnyaathavaasi, which happened to be Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's landmark 25th flick, and rumoured to be his cinema swansong, ended as a disastrous outing, not just disappointing fans of the Janasena founder, but also the numerous fans of the director who's known for his wit and trademark dialogues.
Adding fuel to the fire was the controversy of lifting the story from French flick Largo Winch, which is set to invite more monetary losses as well as loss of reputation, as Sally Jerome had claimed to file a lawsuit against plagiarism. However, Trivikram has quietly moved on to the pre-production activities of his next flick with Jr NTR, NTR 28.
While the movie is bankrolled by Haarika and Hassine creations and was launched with Anirudh as music director, rumors are that Tarak insists on Devi SriPrasad as the composer.
On the other hand, though initially, Trivikram wanted to cast the sexy babe Anu Emmanuel as the heroine, with the failure of Agnyaathavaasi (which had her as a heroine), Trivikram has reportedly decided to rope in Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor to pair with NTR and is waiting for her nod. It must be noted that Shraddha Kapoor had been paid a hefty paycheck to star opposite Prabhas in Saaho, her Tollywood debut.
