It's a known fact that Bollywood is progressing with its remake of the 2016 Marathi blockbuster movie Sairat directed by Nagraj Manjule and starred Rinku Rajguru, winning her acclaim at the national awards that year as well. The movie was already remade in Kannada as Manasu mallige starring Rinku herself, ending as a disaster.
The Bollywood remake, titled Dhadak is bankrolled by Ace Director cum Producer Karan Johar, and stars Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishan Khattar and Yesteryear dreamgirl Sridevi Kapoor - Boney Kapoor's daughter Jahnvi Kapoor, and is directed by Shashank Khaitan of Badrinath ki dulhania and Humpty Sharma ki dulhania fame.
While Jahnvi is already known to be a hottie, with her bikini pics viral even before her Film debut, besides her smoking hot and bootylicious post gym workout session casual clicks, she had recently shot an intimate sequence with Ishan Khattar and they had a passionate liplock scene, shot for more than 2 hours. It must be noted that the original Sairat never had such intimate scenes or liplocks, and it's giving an early indication of Bollywood diluting a Marathi classic on Honor killing. Dhadak releases on July 20, 2018.
