The energetic hero Ram Pothineni, was last seen in the romantic entertainer Vunnadi Okate Zindagi directed by Kishore Tirumala and costarring Anupama Parameswaran, Sree Vishnu and Lavanya Tripathi. As the movie was coming from the actor-director combo that gave Ram's comeback hit Nenu Sailaja, the film was expected to be a successful entertainer.
However, the youthful flick received average to mixed reviews, and ended up as a below average outing at the box office, despite getting appreciated for the performances of Anupama Parameswaran as the demure Maha, and Ram in two makeovers. Unfazed by the failure, after a brief gap, Ram is ready for starting his next interesting venture.
This upcoming venture of Ram will have to join hands with his Rama Rama Krishna Krishna(2010) producer, Dil Raju, and will be directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina of Cinema Chupista Maava and Nenu Local fame. The romantic entertainer marks the coming together of Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi pair Ram and Anupama Parameswaran again, and the movie begins shooting on March 8. Let's see if the flop pair achieves a hit with this upcoming feel-good flick.
