Megastar Chiranjeevi, who had made a stunning comeback on silver screen way back in 2017 with the Sankranthi blockbuster Khaidi No 150, his 150th film which was directed by VV Vinayak, had committed to star in the historical flick Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, as his 151st flick.
Directed by Surender Reddy of Kick and Race Gurram fame, the movie had its patchwork from the first schedule shot in Nanakram Guda studio, Hyderabad, Now, the team is planning to shoot some vital flashback sequences of the movie. It has been revealed that Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and lady Superstar Nayanthara will join Sye Raa shooting from March 23. But now Nayantara has confessed she can't join the team on 23rd and it will take some more time.
Sye Raa is bankrolled by Ramcharan himself in his Konidela Productions, and the movie will have music by S Thaman after AR Rahman backed out. The movie also stars Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Sudeep, and Jagapathi Babu, besides Pragya Jaiswal in a vital supporting role.
