The Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan, who had recently celebrated his birthday, was last seen on the silver screens in a cameo in his production venture Secret Superstar, which turned out to be a blockbuster post its China release, and was seen in a full-fledged role in Nitesh Tiwari's Dangal which was again a blockbuster.



Aamir Khan will next be seen in the action-adventure Thugs of Hindostan that also stars Big B Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Dangal babe Fathima Sana Sheikh, and will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya who started off with the disastrous Tashan and later made a comeback with Aamir starrer Dhoom 3.

It has now been revealed that post the completion of this Diwali release Thugs of Hindostan, Aamir Khan will next move to making his dream project, which will be the onscreen adaptation of the epic Mahabharatha. This project will be made as 4-5 parts, with multiple directors involved in making and international technicians associated, and will be bankrolled by Reliance. It must be noted that Baahubali maker SS Rajamouli's dream was to make Mahabharatha.
