Young actor Bobby Simha had begun his career with short films directed by the then budding makers like Balaji Mohan, Alphonse Putharen. Karthik Subbaraj, and had been brought into films playing vital roles in movies like Pizza, Soodhu Kavvum, Kadhalil Sothappuvathu Yeppadi.
Karthik Subbaraj is best known for presenting Bobby the unique manner, and his portrayal of Assault Sethu in Jigarthanda had also won him a national award, however, post the national award, Bobby was not able to score a single hit be it as a hero or a villain or supporting roles.
Last seen as the antagonist in Vikram's Saamy Square and next about to be seen alongside Superstar Rajnikanth in Petta, now the actor will be seen next in a web series for Amazon prime titled as Vella Raja and costar Parvathi Nair and Gayathrie and is directed by Guhan Senniappan who Made safari and bankrolled by SR Prabhu. Now, the production team has approached Kajal to do a small cameo in this series for the new season and we have to wait and see whether she will give her green signal.
