King Khan Shahrukh Khan, has been in one of the lowest phases of his career, as his films in the last 6 years, barring the success of Happy New Year, have all been either disasters or average outings, like Dilwale, Fan, Jab Harry Met Sejal, Raees, all of which came with huge expectations.
His last genuine blockbuster happens to be the Rohit Shetty directorial venture Chennai Express co-starring Deepika Padukone, which went on to set many box office records, and even the combo could not reprise it with their Dilwale, and now SRK is back on screens with Zero.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film has been met with poor reviews, and has been trashed by critics and audience alike, and despite SRK winning rave reviews for his efforts to play the dwarf and for his performance, the movie is all set to end another disaster for SRK, and this year all khans have given flops, namely Race 3, Thugs of Hindostan, and now Zero joins the club. Now, with this, Bollywood is looking forward to South India.
