Nandamuri Balakrishna who was last seen in the emotional mass entertainer Jai Simha directed by KS Ravikumar had made a returned to screens with his latest, the Biopic of his father legendary superstar and former Andhra chief minister NTR.
The movie which released as two parts recently had opened up to mixed reviews and poor critical response. However, Nandamuri fans have instantly liked the movie for its honest depiction of the life of the legend NTR. It should be noted that Trisha was an initial choice to act in the movie.
Starring Vidya Balan, Rana Daggubati, Prakashraj, Sumanth, Rakul Preet Singh and many others, the movie's first part focused on his acting career while his next, NTR mahanayakudu focused on his political career. Trisha is happy as the movies she turned down ended as flops. Earlier, it was 'Saamy 2', and now it's NTR biopic.
