She's been signed to play the lead role in the upcoming movie Kowsalya Krishnamurthy cricketer directed by Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao and produced by KS Rama Rao of creative commercials. She is now ready to enter the Telugu speaking states.

The movie is the official Telugu remake of her own hit Tamil flick Kanaa directed by Arunraja Kamaraj and this movie will costar Rajendra Prasad, karthik Raju, Vennela kishore and was launched recently.  watch out this space for more updates.
