Before years, Action hero  Vishal won the producers' council election that was conducted and had got elected as the president of the Tamil Film Producers Council but now the Tamil Nadu government has appointed a person named N.Sekar as the special officer governing TFPC.

N Sekar is the District Registrar Admin who will work as the special officer of TFPC, and he will be the deciding authority in TFPC related issues, and will also be investigating the case of funds mismanagement reported in TFPC and will work for  1 year in TFPC.

Now it has been said on the other hand that the existing president of TFPC, Vishal has planned to fight the decision of TN government to appoint a special officer for management of TFPC and a case has been filed by the actor in Chennai high court which will be heard tomorrow.
