Director AL vijay had a recent release with GV Prakash starrer Watchman and is gearing up for his next directorial venture Devi 2, the sequel to his 2016 hit horror comedy, featuring prabhu deva and Tamannaah in lead.

Devi 2 also has Nandita Swetha, sonu sood, and Kovai Sarala, and the movie got released on May 31, and now another movie with Same pair prabhu deva and Tamannaah also released on the same day.

Tamannaah and prabhu deva's Bollywood movie Khamoshi, helmed by Billa 2  fame chakri Toleti also released on the same day. This movie is the Hindi version of Nayanthara starrer unreleased movie Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. But sadly, Tamanna failed in both the movies!
