Telugu film actress Anjali Dwivedi was shocked to find obscene photographs of herself on the microblogging site under a fake profile name. She has filed a case with the Malwani police against the unknown accused and got the account blocked.
According to police officials, Dwivedi created a Twitter account to keep in touch with her friends from Rewa district in MP. However, she received a call from one of her friends, who informed her that there was another Twitter account in her name and there were a couple of nude photographs posted on it.
She was told that her nude pictures were posted on that account and liked by other users. She went to the police and has reportedly filed a case against the unknown accused. Police have registered a case and are taking the cyber crime department's help to hunt for the accused.
Dwivedi had shifted to Mumbai a month ago from Madhya Pradesh, in order to find work in Hindi films. She puts up in a rented accommodation in Malwani area of Malad.
