Thalaivaa Super Star Rajinikanth’s Lingaa audio is finally out, AR Rehman has composed tunes for the film, Rehman can match to Rajini’s style and uses different instrumentation for him, the director being KS Rai Kumar who has very good music taste there are huge expectations on this audio.
There are totally five songs in this film, on the first hearing album is disappointing with no sure shot Chartbuster song, “Sathyam Shivam” and “Indianey” are looking like situational songs and need to be seen on screen as they create no impact on hearing, “Mona Mona” is only instant Chartbuster in the album with Rehman mark orchestra and Rajini style, “Manmadha” and “O Raba” need repeated hearings. Compared to Rajini- Rehman’s previous album’s Narasimha, Baba, Shivaji and Robo etc this album looks disappointing, however visual treat is guaranteed by looking at the trailer so these songs can create more impact on screen than on hearings.
