Tollywood movie lovers
always love hero to take on a villain more powerful than him and then thrash
him black and blue in the final scene. Many filmmakers thrived on this tried
and tested formula by casting a heavily built macho personalities as villains.
However of late it seems Villanism is losing its sheen in Tollywood silver
screen due to lack of good villains. Filmmakers are unable to show faith in the
confidence of new villains.
There was time when Mukesh Rishi,Jaya Prakash Reddy showed their power as
villains on silver screen. Sonu Sood who showed his power after Arundhati
became so busy that he is working in shifts in Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Pradeep Rawat who entertained as Bhikshu Yadav
Pradeep Rawat who entertained as Bhikshu Yadav for some reason disappeared from
silver screen while Supreet will not suit for all heroes. Prabhakar who
attracted in Baahubali too fall in the same category.
Currently Rao Ramesh and Jagapathy Babu are attracting all with their expressions. One can understand the scarcity of villains in
Tollywood when Kabir Duhan Singh who attracted with Gopichand's Jil got two
high profile projects.
