After more than a dozen flops, Nithin staged a stunning comeback with the super success of Ishq. Since then he is very careful about his films and is planning them very well. After Ishq, he followed the success streak with Gunde Jaari Gallanthayindhe. His most recent films - Heart Attack and Chinnadana Nee Kosam have done well despite the above average talk indicating he has become a bankable hero.
However he is floored with the recent failure of Courier Boy Kalyan. The movie which was lying in cans for about two years managed release finally but failed to survive at the box office. The movie has crashed at the Boxoffice on the first working day, Monday. The film despite the bad talk and reviews, had a Decent to Good start on the Festive Release Day. But from then its all down hill.
The movie failed to sustain good numbers even on the holidays - Saturday and Sunday. The movie had collected only around 4 Cr Share approx in 5 Days Worldwide and that should effectively end the movie run. Courier Boy Kalyan will be the 1st Flop for Nithiin in his 2nd Inings.
