Rajat Bansal is a lawyer in Keshav Nagar, Mumbai. He has ordered a 40" inch TV set on askmebazaar.com website. He also paid a sum of Rs.29,000 through his debit card. But the TV was not delivered.
He waited patiently for 10 days. But there has been just muted response from the shopping site. The lawyer then realized he was cheated by the online site. All he received was just a Bill for the TV.
The lawyer also said that many victims are there just like him who get cheated. An FIR is filed under IPS sections 406 and 420 on the Bollywood actors and also the online shopping site.
