The Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has stated that she will take it up with the British authorities.

As per the new rule, the plan will come into effect from April, and professionals who are working in Britain onTier 2 Visa can earn less than 35,000 pounds a year and at the end of five years of their stay in the country will be deported.

In the question and answer session, the Minister has said our country has taken up similar issues which are concerned with visa rules of the U Government at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
