Popular Congress Leader Mukesh Goud's son Vikram Goud was severely attacked and was heavily injured in the attack which happened in early hours of today morning in Hyderabad. The attackers barged into his Banjara Hills residence of Vikram Goud and fired him thrice at around 3.30 am.Vikram Goud was taken to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills immediately.
He received gun shots on his spinal cord, stomach and right shoulder. Doctors performed a surgery a removed three bullets from the victim's body and his bleeding condition is said to be stable.Shipali (W/o Vikram Goud) said she and her two children were present in the room upstairs and came down when she heard the gunshots.
She told her Husband was lying unconscious in a pool of blood by the time she came downstairs. Vikram's Uncle told there are no such family disputes at all and family members are left clueless about who did it.Vikram Goud was supposed to offer special prayers at a temple Today morning. The bullets attack happened just when he was about to leave the house to the temple. Cops told Vikram Goud was unable to explain how the gun attack happened. The victim is said to have a licensed revolver. Police is yet to figure out if its a suicide attempt or murder plot.
