Reportedly keeping in mind the increasing number of employees working in the city's IT Sector and Financial District, authorities of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) have decided to begin eight new shuttle services between Hitec City and Wave rock. Meanwhile the buses (195HW), belonging to the hyderabad Central University (HCU) and Kukatpally depots, will travel via Mindspace and Gachibowli and also stop at Infosys office near Waverock and the frequency of buses will be every 10 mins.

Furthermore authorities said that the first bus from Hitec city, headed to Waverock starts at 6 am, while the last bus starts at 8:21 pm. Further the bus services will take a break between 12 20 and 2 pm for lunch and the first bus from Wave Rock to Hitec city starts at 6:38 am, while the last bus is at 9 pm and the lunch break will be between 1 pm and 2:40 pm.



Earlier in August, the hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) said that the average train frequency on the busy route from Nagole to Hitec City will now be increased to 4 minutes during peak hours and it was previously about 7 to 15 minutes. Moreover in July this year, the Cyberabad Traffic Police announced that the TSRTC will run more buses on the IT corridor to reduce the traffic congestion. Perhaps Cyberabad Traffic Police informed commuters that bus number 216 K/W from Alwyn Colony to Waverock would be available every 12 minutes.
