andhra pradesh chief minister YS Jagan mohan reddy inaugurated YSR Aarogyasri Pilot Project at eluru in west godavari district this morning. The scheme which revolutionized the Public healthcare system when it was first introduced in YS Rajasekhara Reddy's regime will now benefit one crore individuals. A total of 1,059 medical ailments have been covered under the scheme and the government is taking steps to include 1,000 more.
At the launch event, chief minister YS Jagan mohan reddy recalled that YS rajasekhara reddy had launched the Aarogyasri Scheme which transformed the lives of the people completely. He added that Aarogyasri will be applied if the medical bill crosses Rs.1000.
It will be a revolutionary moment in the history of the country when it is implemented. He stated that the ysrcp government will always lend its hand to the poor people. Jagan mohan reddy is planning big and is trying to keep up all his poll promises. The scheme was previously implemented as ntr Vaidya Seva in the previous government but was not effectively carried out. Jagan is keen to make it a marquee scheme in the memory of his father.
