CM wins and President snubbed in the Telangana league game in Andhra Pradesh. The chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy had the last laugh as his last ball had won the game for him as his resolution on the T Bill was passed . Speaker Nadendla Manohar announced in a packed but disorderly house that the debate on the AP reorganization Bill is complete with 9074 amendments and 86 MLAs had given their opinions, rest by written affidavits . However when he put the government resolution moved by the CM it was unanimously passed by voice vote to reject and request the President to not recommend the draft T bill to parliament as well. On the last day of the T Bill debate schedule, the assembly adjourned twice since morning waiting for another extension .When there was no word from Delhi, the speaker rang the bell for quorum amidst war like scenes in the house.Pandemonium struck the house as all Seemandhra MLAs stood as a wall around the Speaker's podium to prevent the Telangana MLAS of TRS etc from rushing towards him and prevent him from any announcements . TRS leader Harish Rao tried to gate crash into the Podium of the speaker by climbing on the table of the Assembly secretary near the speakers podium but was prevented by the Marshals and other MLAs from going any further.Anticipating tension in the house over 200 marshals were geared inside the assembly and waiting. Tail piece; Both the TRS and T congress MLAs and also T TDP MLAs now say that nothing is lost with the CM's resolution and that they have succeeded in completing the T debate .
