While prime minister narendra modi announced Janatha Curfew from 7 AM to 9 PM tomorrow, cm kcr has asked people to extend tomorrow's Janta Curfew for 24 hours - 6 AM to 6 AM day after morning. During his press meet with the media, the chief minister also hinted about a possible complete lockdown if necessary.
"We have discussed a strategy in case the numbers swell. We are prepared to handle the worst. We may consider a complete lockdown if the need arises. In such a case, we are already discussing supply essentials door to door hiring people and vehicles. Forget 5000 Crore, we are ready even to spend 10000 Crore on this if necessary," kcr revealed. The chief minister also hinted about closing borders. "As maharashtra cases are soaring we may consider closing borders with maharashtra if need be," he said.
