The coronavirus threat has ensured that the world is trembling in fear. A total of 1,346,566 cases have been reported worldwide. Also, 74,697 people died. The world is looking forward to when a cure or a vaccine for the virus will be available. Research has already begun in many countries.
A coronavirus vaccine, backed by the Gates Foundation and other organizations, is entering Phase One clinical human testing. The Program has been funded from the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and the Bill and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The results will be out in Late Summer.
The phase 1 study of the vaccine called INO-4800 will enroll up to 40 healthy adult volunteers in Philadelphia at the Perelman school of Medicine at the university of pennsylvania and Kansas City at the Center for Pharmaceutical Research.
