P M narendra modi is always ready to promote  indian culture, values, and practices all over the world. modi never missed telling the importance of yoga on any stage in any country.   He told that we can improve our immune system and pulmonary system by doing a few asana s in Yoga. He also advised that yoga reduces the risk of getting chronic diseases if it is practiced regularly. 

He spoke to all indians through Man ki Baat and he gave some statements which shoked everyone.

 

No doubt india is a great country with tremendous changes and potential to develop, competing with other countries. It is proved once again. P M narendra modi told in Mann ki baat that many countries leaders took tips about indian ayurveda and Yoga. He followed that migrant workers are facilitated with Sramik trains. Corona gives respiratory related issues and we all can resolve this by practicing yoga daily.

 

Along with this, yoga also improves mental strength and body functioning. This is said by many rishis in vedas too.
