The grand Holy Pushkarams at Rajahmundry started off with a sad incident where nearly 28 common people lost their lives during the stampede this morning. Taking a dig at this tragedy the former Congress Union Minister of Tourism and Mega Star Chiranjeevi expressed his deep grief and blamed the Andhra Pradesh state government for this.
He revealed that the arragements at the ghats were not upto the mark especially at the entry and exit and this is the reason behind the sudden stampede which lead to death of 28 innocent lives. Chiranjeevi said that it would have ben better if Chandrababu concentrated on security rather than publicity.
He also reminded that TDP ministers said that their leader took care of each and every thing without their involvement and so is totally responsible for the incident today. He said that the government did not even estimate proper figures and its failure started from then on. He further added that during YS Rajasekhar Reddy's rule few people died in a Pushkarams mishap when Chandrababu demanded YSR to resign immediately.
