The AP legislature on Friday has reportedly proposed to construct a temporary building soon at Tullur in Guntur district for conducting the winter session of the House that has been scheduled for December. This marks a near shift of AP’s administration away from the common capital of Hyderabad.

The temporary structure will be coming up on a five-acre site in this nondescript village, which is now becoming an important part of the capital city. The Assembly would be actually moving later to a permanent building once the formal building at Amaravati is constructed.

Kodela Sivaprasada Rao had organized an all party

Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao had organized an all party meeting that jointly resolved to organize the winter session in Tullur after securing all the required permissions from the state government. This was revealed by the AP legislature secretary K Satyanarayana Rao to media groups.

YSRCP which was represented by Ummareddy Venkateswarlu also agreed for this. At a time when Jagan has declined to be joining the inauguration of capital city event in Amaravathi which will be held on October 22, it is now interesting to see how he has consented for this and moreover, TDP leaders are ready to attack him on the same issue.
