Pulivendhula constituency is considered always as a bastion for YSR family for many decades. At a time when opposition parties struggled to find an ideal candidate to contest in Pulivendhula, Satish Reddy has been the TDP candidate there for quite a long time.
He had lost thrice against YSR and also once against YS Jagan. TDP, after coming to power this made him the Deputy Chairman of Legislative Council. Usually leaders after entering council they simply relax and start a nomination route for their career.
However Satish Reddy is proving to be different, as he is working harder than ever before in Pulivendhula now. He reportedly announced that he won’t be taking off his beard until Galeru Nagari project is completed ushering irrigation water for 50000 acres in Pulivendhula. Sources say that looking at his efforts, Jagan recently rushed to Pulivendhula where he started interacting with people!
