Aamir Khan while speaking at Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Awards said that the intolerance has been growing in the nation and he and his wife Kiran Rao decided to leave the country. This was badly criticized by most of them. He earned wrath of millions of people. Lots of people mocked him in the social media for such a comment.
Now hardcore Hindutva party Shiv Sena has made a statement that 'Aamir Can go to Pakistan'. The punjab unit of Shiv sena said it is not enough. They have also announced a reward of Rs.1 Lakh for those who slap Aamir Khan.
The announcement was made during the protest outside hotel MBD Radisson Blu in Ludhiana. Rajeev Tandon who is the chairman of Punjab Shiv Sena said, "Any person who will slap Aamir will get a sum of Rs.1 Lakh. For each slap the price will increase by 1 Lakh.
We give this an opportunity to the manager and employees of the hotel and unit members of his movie 'Dangal' to get Rs.1 Lakh from us. The courage guys and patriotic persons will get the award from us."
