Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy who was maintaining a low profile and subdued stand over the past two years is slowly standing up and showing his real colors. It is heard that he has got full confidence that his seat is intact till the 2014 elections so it is time for him to exercise his power.
According to sources, Kiran is now attempting to do something which many political seniors call ‘Mission Impossible’. It is heard that Kiran is planning to get Sonia Gandhi to visit Andhra Pradesh very soon. After the death of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, it has never happened that a high level leader from Delhi came to AP.
They are all skeptical of the Telangana issue and don’t want to be cornered on anything when they come here. In that situation, is it believable that Sonia will oblige Kiran’s request? Few politicos are joking that if Kiran can get Sonia to Hyderabad it is as equal as Chandrababu Naidu getting Bill Clinton to Hyderabad.
