Sexual harassment and Molestation seems to be a part of India right now. Recently a molestation news has shocked everyone. A 40 year old teacher has molested a seven year old girl at Hakeempet. The little girl was sent to tuition and the teacher has molested her.
The teacher was arrested and the local court has awarded six year imprisonment. As per reports, the teacher name is Abdullah and he is from Hakeempet who used to give home tuition.
After harassing the little girl, a complaint was lodged by the family members and Banjara Hills police registered a case against him under sections 354-A, 354 of the IPC (Nirbhaya Act), sections 8 and 9 of the POCSO Act, 2012.
The sessions court judge sentenced him to Six year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.7000. In another case, ACB court has sentenced a former APCPDCL assistant engineer to one-year rigorous imprisonment in a trap case. The family members said that this punishment is not just enough for this cruel person.
