Yahoo Inc., Chief Executive Marissa Mayer gave birth to identical twin girls. This happened just after a day the company reversed its course on a planned spinoff of Alibaba Group Holding Limited., Marissa posted on Tumblr as, "Our whole family is doing great! Thanks to everyone for all of the support and well wishes throughout my pregnancy." Tumblr is a social media which belongs to Yahoo Inc.,
She earlier said that due to pregnancy she won't take more off as she needs limited time. She said that the company is right now struggling online. Yahoo shelved plans on Wednesday to spin off its stake in Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba despite lots of pressure from the investors side.
Everyone were worried about the billions of dollars in Taxes. Regarding this she wrote in a blog post, "This is the right time for Yahoo's transformation. I did the same when I was pregnant with my son three years ago.
I will take limited time away and will work throughout." It has to be noted that she joined Yahoo as Chief Executive Officer in July 2012.
