Residents of a colony of ex-servicemen in south Chennai say they have had to face yet another scarring ordeal. The garbage are still found in every corner.

Ex-servicemen who live in Defence colony are worried about the garbage and piles of unusable household junk such as furniture and mattresses. But to clear garbage and the junk it seems, municipal workers are demanding bribes of Rs.5000.
