Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu is right now making big plans to develop Amaravati as a cosmopolitan city. But on other hand the reality is contrasting. Most of the corporates, officials and employees feel that 'Caste-ism' is on high scale.
Right now every employee are shifting their operations to Vijayawada as per Government notice. The major complaint the employees face when they shift to Vijayawada to rent/lease a home, the first question they face is about their caste and later native place, religion and state.
The employees feel that they are annoyed to respond to such silly questions again and again. Even Naidu has asked the public to change this attitude else the development of new capital as global and cosmopolitan city is not possible.
Chief Minister also asked the people not to demand higher rents. He urged Vijayawada people to adopt cosmopolitan culture. But people from Hyderabad who are shifting to Vijayawada feel that it is going to be a distant dream for them.
