We earlier reported that Delhi is the most polluted city in whole of India and that is the reason behind the smog and fog. Each day people are suffering due to dense traffic. But now to reduce pollution, the traffic restrictions have been made. Due to this, traffic was so smooth on Outer Ring Road in South Delhi.

This road is usually congested with cars and bikes. The reason is a subway construction is also happening. But now the road is free and there were lots of free parking spaces. This was the second day of restriction and everyone followed it. This is also just an initiative to reduce pollution.

The rush hour seemed to be polite. Delhi police were also making some serious rules and they made fine from Rs.100 if the rules were not followed. The penalties were paid immediately by the citizens.

A spokesman said, "If this is followed for whole year, the pollution measurements will be reduced drastically. The Police should also check the Auto rickshaw drivers as most of them were violating the rules."
