Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekar Rao is fondly called as 'U-Turn Chief Minister'. Thanks to all the several 'U-Turns' which he took earlier. He became 'U-Turn Chief Minister'. Few instances are shifting the Secretariat to Erragadda and again to Bison Polo Ground in Secunderabad.

KCR had a long cabinet meeting and said that the State Budget will take place by January last week. But as usual he made an 'U-Turn' and said that it is impossible to make state budget without knowing Centre's budget. Opposite parties started to make the count of number of U-Turns, KCR is going to take this year.
