KTR had announced that he would be resigning from the State Cabinet incase TRS fails to secure majority seats and grab the Mayor's post in the upcoming GHMC elections. He announced that TRS would get 100 seats at any cost.
He announced that MIM would be emerging as the second largest political party and then the BJP would reportedly be placed third. KTR also added the Congress cannot secure even 10 seats while challenging Uttam Kumar Reddy and Kishen Reddy.
He asked whether they will resign if their parties lost and all this only makes people amazed at all the comments of KTR. It shows confidence of the TRS in storming power in Hyderabad, which is ironically a place where they had no such big strength.
But even TRS cadre is asking whether this is confidence or over-confidence since there is only a thin line separating these two. May be TRS victory looks imminent but in case due to any unforeseen reason, if TRS fails, will KTR resign or will he make a mockery of promises like what his father did in the past!
