There has been some heated arguments with respect to the fact more ministers from Chandrababu Naidu Government has played fraud with the process of land acquisition for the proposed construction of Bhogapuram International Greenfield Airport.
Judge Vilas.V.Afzalpurkar of Hyderabad High Court directed Andhra Pradesh state not to grab any land from the farmers whose land is under acquisition. The Judges said, "Do not dispossess them until further orders."
The state is in the process of grabbing 5311 acres in Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram district for the airport. Judes got more petitions form farmers who have lost their farms and left at stake. TDP Ministers such as Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu and Ganta Srinivasa Rao and several real estate firms of Vijayawada which have bought huge land in Bhogapuram area.
The land worth is hiking and more number of lands were grabbed from farmers for a low price. Chandrababu Naidu meanwhile is coming back from Switzerland to clear all the issues. He already said there has been a clear misconception in this regard.
