Continuing his ongoing election campaign in Hyderabad city on
second day, AP Chief Minister and also the TDP national president N
Chandrababu Naidu had reiterated that the Hyderabad City was only
developed to a large extent during his earlier regime.
Addressing
a large election meeting at Begumpet, Chandrababu Naidu, who was
accompanied by Union minister Bandaru Dattatraya and many of his party
leaders, added that before TDP actually came to power, there was no
great development in Hyderabad and only Abids was the only shopping
area.
There were just handful of hospitals
and colleges. He added that it was TDP government, which was
instrumental in constructing flyovers and also laid the foundation and
works for an international airport with modern facilities.
In
support of the TDP-BJP combine candidates who are in fray in GHMC
elections, Chandrababu Naidu had appealed to people to vote for the TDP
which according to him has both credibility and sincerity. It has to be
seen whether Babu can revive its fortunes this time after many defeats
and challenges.
