It is quite a surprise factor to see Congress party demanding implementation of section 8 in Hyderabad. The demand also has came soon after the attack on Congress leaders Mahmood Ali and Uttam Kumar Reddy by Asaduddin and his gang in Old City.
Uttam Kumar Reddy said, "In Old city, goondas are with MIM. In rest of Hyderabad it is with TRS. Therefore we immediately demand implementation of Section 8 in Hyderabad. Both MIM and TRS are just playing spoil sport."
A political analyst said, Apart from providing TRP ratings to TV channels this demand will probably not result in fruition. And one must clearly understand that whether it is Governor's rule or President's rule or anyone's rule, Old City will always be 'MIM rule'.
The TRS government is absolutely not going to do anything to take on the MIM either out of fear or out of electoral compulsions. MIM is already making lots of troubles to the people in and around. The outcome of GHMC polls might teach them a lesson.
