Botanists from Agra Horticulture Club has found that both wild and commercial flowers have bloomed early due to Mild winter season. Farms and Gardens in Agra are blooming. Flowers are blooming earlier than usual. Usually they bloom by month of March. A recent survey was carried out by botanists.
The reason behind this surprised most of them. Dr.S.R.Sharma who was a botanist said, "The Spring flowers are better and earlier this year. The only reason is the Winter is not so intense as earlier years. Also the drainage system in the are is so good. This helped the growth of flowers.
There were no stagnant of waters." Shailendra who is a farmer said, "As compared to last year, the production of flowers has increased this time. Some of the most famous Spring flowers are, Rose, pansy, sweet pea, cineraria and antirrhinum.
Most of them will be planted in farms and they will be sold for higher rates compared to others." Another farmer Jagadish said, "Flowers always have the demand. But during wedding season and Spring season they are even used to decorate homes."
